        Caring staff who listened and provided advice and treatment promptly and efficiently

        As much as I can say they were professional I think 150 consultation fee was a bit excessive considering the 3 hours I was there the consultation was all about 15mins for a budgie while she dealt with another emergency I felt I was paying for that emergency as more time was spent away from me .needless to say if anything else happens to my wee budgie I'll take my chances that hes ok as I wont be back
