Left my brand new emporio Armani white shirt in to get cleaned gently as per washing instructions. Came back with fresh black marks in multiple areas. On questioning a bald intimidating man came feom.behimd the counter and began shouting at me and telling me that I knew they were already there. I explained that they might have come off their iron etc but he refused to accept this and didn't even offer me a refund (pointless as the shirt was in bits and cost me 200)
Ended up taking it home and washing it on a high temp wash which removed the marks proving that they definitely had put them on the shirt.
After I read the reviews on Yell which were very poor, I wish I did this earlier, terrible service and they simply do not look after your clothes. Look at the reviews and find another place.
