Ok so initially I removed my negative review on the condition that the laundry was returned to me by the 5th day after he asked for a 6th day to do it. However when I saw the condition of the laundry I was horrified. This is unacceptable. Most of the clothing was still dirty, stained & smelling like someone else's vomit. They charged me 35 pounds close to which is over 70aud in my currency. I had to reqash everything even underwear was still dirty. I cannot recommend this service and am well within my right to complain. I will certainly never return. I understand the owner is struggling to maintain his business and working long days and seems nice enough but being nice does not excuse this. It should not be at my expense that he cuts corners. At best some of them might have gone through quick wash cycle.
