        They need to get a card payment system installed, ridiculous to have to go looking for an atm for cash payment.

        Disaster. Jacket 1 had ink stain on inside lining. Jacket 2 had a small bloodstain on the collar. Tie had small stains around the knot area. I pointed all of these out when leaving them and was told they would not be ready for one week to allow them time to deal with these stains but gave no guarantee. Collected today and stains on all items are barely any different. 16 down the drain compounded by them not taking any form of payment card; something which was not displayed in their premises, printed on their docket or told to me by the staff member I left the garments with despite her going through at length their disclaimer. I have no doubt all of these items would have been properly cleaned by the previous Craftsman management that I used for years. Never again.
