Crystal Clean

Left my wedding dress in to be dry cleaned . Got it back about 2 weeks later and the clasp was broke on it. I rang and spoke to a female staff member and explained that there was damage to my dress and she rudely told me I needed to call back the following day to speak to the manager. I rang back the following day and spoke to the manager. I told him when I removed the plastic covering from my dress I noticed there was a pin in it where the clasp was, holding it together. He refused to take responsibility, firstly telling me they don't use pins, then blaming the manufacturer! He got very aggressive with me on the phone and I had to hang up on him as I was shocked at the way I was being spoken to, after paying a lot of money to have my dress cleaned! I will never use this company again. The service is atrocious

Fantastic place, brilliant service, clothes came back smelling heavenly. All around a perfect laundrette service and the prices are extremely fair for the service.
