It was extremely hard to get through because the phone line was busy all the time. The surgery is closed so only telephone appointments are available which isn't enough. On the plus side, I had a great experience with my own GP who helped me with my migraines, also the receptionists are always doing their best to help. Their nurse is absolutely amazing. Overall, I would've stayed, but we've moved houses so had to change GP too.
