Crocus Street Surgery

Reception are an absolute disgrace hang up the phone for fun. Lazy workers that are completely incapable of doing their easy job. Doctors are good when you can actually get through tho.

I have been with this surgery for years and have never had any issues and this time is no different. Yes they are hard to get through to but I feel this problem is in GP surgery's across the board not just crocus st. I called this week with as my 10 month old son was running a temperature of 39+, crocus st seen him straight away and prescribed antibiotics which have worked a treat! Where most surgeries would tell you to go to a&e (which as horrendous waiting times).

It's the worst surgery very I have been with this surgery for 63 years and it has gone down hall so much they don't answer the phone now I have been try to antibiotics from last week the covid over and these Dr need to get back work now and see there patients and not over a phone call if Dr and nurse can work why can these so call Dr not do the same they are getting good money

Very hard to get through phone .. takes almost two days to get doctor ..Doctors and nurses are excellent ..
