I find it hard to think that some of these bad comments are about the same doctor I have been with for 25plus years, Joe Dugan is a family doctor, very caring and has empathy for your personal ailments, his wife also makes you feel at ease, I'm very saddened that Dr jane steward has left the practice as she was invaluable and is a wonderful doctor I only pray to god she comes back, last but not least Rosie the nurse practitioner is worth her weight in gold, Rosin is amazing, this is my opinion of my experiences, credit where due.

Worst Doctors Surgery in the west. Getting to talk to a doctor is nearly impossible and the Reception staff are worse, rude, belittling and only there to make money, care nothing for their patients!

i have never ever once had a good experience with this doctors surgery. if youre a woman or afab i would stay away at all costs, everything is due to you being a woman, your hormones etc and if its not that its your weight etc. never get through to them. scripts are never put through, the most genuinely unhelpful surgery. no one i know has anything nice to say about them. genuinely dreadful for mental health. put me on the strongest contraceptive pill and then four years later after it wrecked my body i was told i was only meant to be on it for a year max, complete lack of compassion for me - malpractice. almost gave me antibiotics that would have worked against my pill. nurses have laughed at me and belittled me during panic attacks, steer clear, ill be moving docs asap
