Absolutely useless. Bought an appliance through Homebase who use AB Distributors to fulfil the orders. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Hob 2 weeks overdue so far, told it would be delivered two days in a row and no sign of it. Told it was on a priority list but someone forgot to pick it at the warehouse. When I asked what happened, the excuse was they have lots of orders and the warehouse is very busy! Obviously dont have the capacity to deal with the volume of orders so perhaps should stop taking the money for it. Homebase need to look elsewhere as this place is useless!

I wish I could give zero stars. One of their appliances caused irreparable damage to our kitchen. We had so many people from this company out to examine and admit fault, but still no resolution months and months later. Our emails are completely ignored now and we are left with a damaged kitchen due to faulty workmanship on this companys part. So disappointing to see such poor customer service and work ethic exists.

Shocking. We spent over 15k on appliances with them. 3 years and one month we tried to get a part for the cooker which was broke. (Same cooker broke after month one and had to be repaired) To be told they had discontinued all parts to our models and that we would have to buy a replacement. They don't have one to match our set so apparently we would have to replace the whole kitchen set. Shocking customer service. Left us with no cooker for 9 month whilst we battled to try and get it sorted. Out of principle when you believe you have bought one of the top brands of appliances you would not expect this to happen. Always had to chase them for an update as to whether they could get the part to be told in the end was not their problem in the end. Tried to escalate to management refused to come back to us and they have no complaints department. Surprised such a large brand is Working with a company like this. In the process of replacing a hob cooker and microwave oven. Would not buy their product again or recommend.
