        Awful customer service. 3 weeks for a redund

        ANNE MARIE has had a rough night by the looks of things. She's not making much sense today and has refused a refund on faulty goods stating that I should take it up with the manufacturer.

        Absolutely disappointed to have ordered a TV on 9th December, paid for delivery on 13th December, the status today 16th December shows it will be delivered on 13th December. Was able to speak to a customer service staff after loads of questions and checks and requested for refund which she agreed, but at the end of the day I haven't received any texts or mail for confirmation but luckily the status on the Argos website shows it will be delivered on 13th before 9pm.
