not good enough to even give 1 star utter appalling attitude of the staff when returning clearly defective item back for refund did not want to hear at all why the item should be refunded or anything bunch of robing vile gits refused point blank refused to look at item anything will never shop at argos again ever item wasn't even 2 weeks old supposed to have 2 year warranty diabolical store i have emailed complaint to trading standards which will be upheld 100% don't ever shop hear in fact their are cheaper retails on the high st service non existent and abusive second u say word refund they turn nasty on u totally refused to listen why i wanted a refund they are discussing no wonder so meny of their stores closed down

I am was in today buying a shopping trolley and the young blonde girl who served me was very helpful she even helped me put it together and took the wrapping rubbish away for me. Her service was absolutely brilliant.

Bought a casio watch. Got home and discovered it was running and the date showing was todays. They've obviously given me an ex display watch and charged full price. No idea how much battery power has been used already. Shouldn't sell ex display as new.

Payment failed twice, no communication on that even though the money left my account, Argos has not confirmed that the payment failed. Am I supposed to just wait in anxiety? Secondly, I applied for BNPL while making a purchase, and once again NO CONFIRMATION from Argos on application being successful and card being on the way. NOTHING AT ALL. THEY ONLY SEND A MILLION discount e.ails but customer service socks. I'm at an argos collection center for 30 mins and a staff member says he cannot login to his own account to register my complaints
