I'm glad to say my experience at Lemon's - now Clear Dental, Dundonald - has been so much better to-date, despite the various restrictions and interruptions of the Pandemic. The practice has felt accessible and easy to contact anytime I have needed to contact them.
I have found the staff to be friendly and efficient, and my usual dentist, Julie, is professional and reassuring - most recently with several visits over the past couple of months. Assistants, including Adam, have been helpful, too.
I hope these standards are maintained going-forward as part of the Clear Dental brand. Thank you.
