Ive been a member of this credit union from approximately 1994 and I must say every time Ive been treated with dignity, honesty, and professionalism, when I needed help they were there pulling out all the stops to oblige, they have a difficult job protecting all there clients money and trying to help us all and Ive never found any any member of staff looking down there nose at me quite the contrary,Im always asked how Im doing hows the family ,really nice people ,in this stage of life I can honestly say I relay on them wither its a bike ,car, I go nowhere else ,we all need help sometimes, and there here to listen and help, thank everyone

I have never had a bad experience with the staff in this building. They obviously have their job to do to protect everyones money but they have always went out of their way to help their members. Well run Credit Union.

I moved from Bangor clonard credit union, and find the staff at willow field uninterested almost rude last week I was charged 19 for insurance, I didn't look at the members book until I got home, the member of staff mumbled something about insurance, I have never had to pay this sort of fee, will be moving asap.
