        Horrible service. I was looking help / 2nd opinion selecting a lip colour for a hen party at the weekend. It was busy and I saw only 2 staff rushing around. I asked one of the girls when she was finished if she would help me and waited honest to god what felt like a lifetime. 3 more came in the door and she helped them first. Then 2 more staff come out from the back so 4 total now. I thought now she'll have time but another 10 minutes I waited. I'm hard to miss, I have bright red hair. Made me feel so small. Disgusting treatment

        Been trying to reach your store by phone for a few days now. Cant get through. Also shop does not accept cash! Would not recommend this shop at all.

        Was in Belfast tonight looking a few colours. One security man no sign of staff not approached at all very poor service very disappointing as love the product.
