The Quality was always good. Always treated professionally. He cleaned the films that needed cleaning etc..
I can easily recommend Dupes. In fact we found some old Hi8 tapes so I'll probably use Dupes' services again.
We also tried 2 other service providers, which I will not name here. Both had minor quality issues with the conversion and or/new media. I found Dupes the best. To be fair we used both others only once, so the problems could have been 1 off. But it did not happen at Dupes who processed much more.
