        Went in to get some scratch cards redeemed with my boyfriend, only to have a brunette lady refuse to help us with one tiny bit that had to be scratched off. Another customer kindly helped and she rolled her eyes at her. We left without purchasing the items we wanted and had to go to another shop to get the cards redeemed which was done by polite staff in no time.
