I shop here most days and find all the staff very pleasant, helpful and courteous. My problem is that for months now l have not been able to obtain batchelors cup a soup cream of vegetable with croutons. It is a particular favourite of mine and my grandchildren but has not been in stock for months, despite my inquiry. Have to add within week of me asking Pauline about soup, it was back on the shelves and has been ever since Many thanks

Unfortunately this supermarket has gone to the dogs. It's the talk of north Belfast. On numerous occasions only three staff members one on customer service, one on self service and one on checkout where customers patience is tested.. Some staff shelf packing although this goes on day in day out during shopping hours. Stock trollies constantly blocking isles and it seems customers apoligise to staff for getting in the way regarding this inconvenience. As for stock, totally unreliable. I have been shopping at this store for over twenty years, I will not be going back. Its the only store i know unwelcoming to customers. The worst tescos in Northern Ireland.. as for the foreign nationals crouded outside for the free wifi well thats another story. Goodbye tesco.

Messy, haphazard store with poor product availability. Delivery cages everywhere throughout the day no matter what time you walk into it including lined up at the entrance walking in. Cages of cardboard also all over the place. Cages of delivery everywhere yet the shelf availability always seems so poor? Customer entrance lined with unworked delivery and customer exit lined with cages and cages of waste. It just strikes me as not a very inviting customer experience. Large shipping container now also put outside it taking up several disabled customer car parking spaces, limiting disabled parking space availability in what is frankly one of thee worst car parks of any supermarket I've been to in NI. All round not the impression of a store that wants to draw you in, especially in the evening time when the benches outside are populated with people drinking alcohol. Staff at the checkouts very pleasant and helpful.

Great selection of foods, baby products and all the necessities at a very affordable price! I do my sunday shopping here with my son and the parking is very convenient xxx

Not good. I liked going here, not anymore. Prices going up, I can never find anything as they don't have it in stock. They don't prioritize customers. Poor customer service
