Phoned, emailed numerous amounts and no response.
Worst company ever.
My advice to anyone you might aswell just burn your money because you will get more out of that then what they offer.

Avoid at all costs!! They take your money and don't sent the product out, for me and many many others. Ask me for info and I'll provide proof of me and others not receiving their item they've paid for. Told me they'd send it out along with a free item and still haven't done so. Avoid.
