        I went down on friday to get my blood pressure checked and according to the website it closed at 6pm but it closed at 1pm so i went up to my doctors to c if they could do it for me but i was told no to busy come back next week . I have updated the time on the website and included a picture.

        Appalling service! W,aited on phone for an hour with the usual 'your call is important to us' then rang for 10 minutes before I was hung up on. Been trying nearly 30 minutes to get through again but it's constantly engaged. So much for 'call being important' as it's like this anytime you phone & if you eventually do get through you're basically told TS & there's no appointments available

        The surgery is open between 08:00-13.00 14:00-18.00. They close and lock the door between 1pm-2pm for lunch so between those times the surgery isnt available.
