We sent artwork via email and asked Iris Colour to confirm that the artwork was of acceptable quality and to confirm costs for our order. We heard nothing for four months despite a number of calls and emails to try to get hold of Iris Colour. We were clear from the beginning that we needed a quick turnaround, so we paid for next day delivery from another provider. The contact that was finally made in July was to let us know that the job was ready for collection. Apparently they had proceeded to invoice the job even though they had never even confirmed costs. Due to an oversight in our own finance processes, the invoice was approved for payment. As the job was four months late, we requested a refund but didn't hear back for a month, then were only offered a discount off our next job.
