        Excellent customer service! Placed an order for coffee and a mug, which arrived very promptly. Sadly the mug didnt survive the journey and was slightly the worse for wear when I opened the box. I fired an email off to explain what had happened and got a very quick response to apologise and with a promise to send out a replacement. The following day there was a knock at the door and my replacement mug was personally hand delivered! Love the mug and the coffee is even better :) would highly recommend.
