Visited 04.03.23. Emma was the assistant who helped me out and she was fantastic. Took the time to explain in detail about the Nespresso subscription and how it worked out financially viable considering the amount of coffee I was buying. Fantastic customer service. A credit to the company and store!

I visited the store yesterday (4th March 2023) with my partner and was blown away by the service. The young woman called Emma was absolutely fantastic. She was able to walk my partner through the differences in each of the coffees and explained all about the subscription service and how best to avail of it and future offers. It's quite a busy store with only two people on the counter but Emma took her time and didn't rush anything. She made sure to look after us and gave us her full attention even when a customer behind us was trying to get her attention. The young man who was working alongside her was very aware of where the coffee was sourced from as I over heard him telling another customer while Emma was with my partner. Lovely, friendly staff and would gladly go back again. Nespresso needs to give these a raise or at least a free machine!
