Hey Chick Restaurant

Really hate to right such a meh review. I used to really love Hey Chick! - they were my weekly takeaway of choice, but the recent change from the juicy chicken thigh to the rather dry chicken breast in the burgers has been disappointing and I dont think I will be getting another burger from Hey Chick! unfortunately. Its really a shame, because their sides and dips are delicious, their burgers used to be the absolutely best too, but theyre just too dry and bland for me now :(

The food is 10/10, every time I order something always wanting more which I cant say the same for most places including big name food joints like bootleggers or even KFC. Everything Ive tried from there menu that Ive tried gives me something different and makes me excited to try the next thing. The service 20/10 the people that I have had the great opportunity of interacting with from here are kind, polite, professional and all an all good human beings. I had a driver steal my order and once I called them and explained the situation instead of brushing the issue off as my problem or a problem for the delivery provider they apologised and remade the order and PERSONALLY brought it round to me even tho they had no obligation or incentive to do so especially when they WERE FINISHED FOR THE DAY. Out of all the places Ive tried not one springs to mind that would do the same. I hope they continue to do business and as I know I will continue to support it.
