Called into Costa Coffee Kennedy center, this outlet wasn't busy, being the only customer waiting at the counter I wrongly assumed I might receive courteous service. The staff member was mopping the floor behind the counter, after he finally acknowledged me I ordered two latte coffees and without washing his hands and with a don't bother me attitude he made two of the worst coffees I've ever had. He had placed one of the cups incorrectly under the dispenser, when I pointed this out to him he rolled his eyes and became really petulant, he made an over the top point of pouring the coffee out and made a new one, worst presented coffees ever with spillage down the outside of the glass he then casually tossed eleven (what a waste) napkins onto my tray. Maybe if his colleagues hadn't been chatting with each other out on the floor I might have received proper service. Won't be back to this particular outlet. I have always received professional service in any other Costa.
