Disappointing service. Im a bus driver who regularly buys coffee from this Starbucks and am usually met with very friendly staff. Today I was between bus journeys and was in great need of the toilet. I asked the girl making the coffee if I could nip in and use the loo, to which she said No its for customers only. I was a bit taken a back by this, as I am a regular customer and this was just a one off request. Ill not be back to this Starbucks and will be sticking to Caff Nero in the future.
