After a grueling 18 hour journey from England with a cat, and a house move via a ferrie I arrived in Belfast in major need of coffee, qu Chris! He was amazing, such a friendly warm welcome, bubbly and so happy to look after me. This fella is a credit to his store and company. Turned a very stressful day into a stress free one. I hope this gets to the right people as this man deserves recognition for his superb customer skills and all round welcoming vibe! Will definitely be back again! Thank you Chris! Absolute legend

Place was empty yet tables were stacked with dirty cups etc. Whole place was filthy. Carpets were covered in food ,tables dirty and food smeared on fabric seats. Needs a complete clean down and refurb. Young lad serving who clearly couldn't be bothered . Asked for order to be take away but were given glasses so took a seat and wish we hadn't. As previously stated it was filthy but also freezing . Toilet looked like it was flooded but it was just a wet floor covered in pee !. This place will be a health hazard if not given a really intensive clean down asap .
