But OMG the dirt of the place! Tables not cleared, floor not swept, crumbs and wrappers everywhere. The glass fronted cabinets were so dirty I could hardly see the cakes never mind read the labels.
Are they short staffed? The two members of staff behind the counter were friendly, efficient and fast but they obviously can't maintain this great level of service and keep the main area clean.
