Disappointing experience. Had run out of tea- only decaf tea available. Bought a chilli chicken sandwich which was heated up but barely. The inside of the sandwich was still cold and the bread barely toasted. Noticed after that the sandwich fridge was apparently not actually working but food was still in the fridge so must question the safety of sandwiches? Toilets downstairs were out of order so were directed to the upstairs toilets which were unclean and severely lacking- no soap, toilet paper loose (and dirty) on the cistern, hand dryer didnt work. Shop itself is untidy and many unclean tables. Needs work.
