        I went in to get trousers tailored and hemmed to take off a few inches off the bottom as I did not like the detailing. I specifically said that I wanted the detailing removed. However when I came to collect them, the detailing was still on and length was removed from the leg fabric. Such a good pair of new trousers that sadly wont be worn. Disappointed more than anything. Service: Women's clothing alterations

        First class service, friendly and efficient. I went in with a pair of suit trousers and did not know if the alteration i wanted was feasible. A few minutes in the fitting room and I was assured they would fit perfectly when the work was done. Picked them up today and they are a perfect fit at a very reasonable price. It is clear that they have a lot of experience and are very good at what they do. I am not surprised that every other review is 5 stars. Service: Pants alterations
