Extremely rude owner or manager - told me I broke my appliance through misuse and wouldn't listen to my explanation as to how it broke- totally dismissive and shouted at me when I left the store- told me that because I didn't buy the product from his shop that he didn't want to help- I then brought said appliance to a different shop and they agreed that the issue was not my fault and have agreed to replace it for me - not a good ambassador for the karcher brand - If you want good service buy your karcher appliances from screwfix, argos or b&q - highly unprofessional & will be emailing karcher UK to let them know how their representative is treating customers

bad behavior. reluctance to solve the problem they should solve. They'll say they won't. At the same time, they have to handle it without any problems

I took my Karcher power washer to your centre at Balmoral Crescent . Seen right away by Russell who tested this washer. Found nothing wrong and suggested the fuse had blown on the extension lead. No charge. I am most impressed by the quality of service and Russells helpful manner. excellent service and I will recommend your operation. Robert Mills

Contacted Karcher Centre to get an issue sorted out. The initial conversation was with a girl who answered the call and to say she needs a personality transplant would be an understatement. Hence the reason for the 4 star rating. The guy who dealt with my issue was very helpful and courteous. He could not do enough to help and was very knowledgeable.
