Nicest Chinese in east Belfast! The gravy is unbelievable nicest Ive ever had. Waiting on reopening to be reunited with my favourite food :)

How are you supposed to order from this place if they aren't on just eat or any other app and they don't answer thier phone???

I ordered today and waited about an hour 45 mins when I was told it would be an hour. I ordered chicken breast fried rice which they sent as special fried rice with chicken which was not chicken breast, ham and PORK. I rang them as I cannot eat pork and they argued down the phone with me for 10 minutes saying thats how chicken fried rice is made in all places with pork and that I should of told them I didnt want pork, although it does not state on their website or menu, so is not a fault of my own. I was placed onto a women who shouted at saying it was my fault and making me feel like I was in the wrong. Very poor customer service, after all of her shouting she said they will make a new portion but I have to collect, I dont drive and I tried explaining this to her and she started arguing again. She then agreed to have it delivered but claimed they are busy and dont know when they will deliver it. Im disgusted by how badly I was spoke to. The service is very poor! They have lost a very frequent customer, will not order again!
