        Level 3 survey required for an old property. Ronan at Surveys NI was able to do the job in short notice at very reasonable price. Very detailed report was provided quickly with all problems highlighted. He was even happy to meet us at the property to explain the problems and provide reasonable estimations for the required repair. We negotiated successfully with the vendor to get good price reduction that was much more than the cost of the survey. I highly recommend Surveys NI and would use them again for any future purchase.
