        Never thought I'd be sitting across speaking to someone. Well here I am. I was welcomed in felt at ease. By a nice girl. Listen we all hit hard times in life. Well I've hit mine. I seemed help. Honestly feel at ease talking about my issues. Not being judged. I'm a 40 year old man I thought I was superman something happened in my life in the last year that brought me to my knees. I'm a reall man's man. My advice don't be superman. Be a man speak out. Get help people it's out there. It's ok not to be OK.

        Unbiased, confidential, professional and caring. If you need help with an addiction they will help you in any way they can. They can refer you to other places for counselling, psychiatrists, group therapy and one on one (before covid). Since covid they can ring you once or how many times a week that you need, to see how your doing. They're very good.
