        Carlisle House is a rehab centre for substance abuse which you need to be referred by a doctor or the hospital. The program Carlisle House last for 5-weeks and before you attend Carlisle House you'll have to be totally clean of substance so you are sent to a separate facility for two weeks prior to attending Carlisle house. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help you. This place is hard to find, the entrance which is 30-40 ft north bound from Carlisle Circus round-about and it's behind the Grace &Hope Community Centre. Their address is 2-4 Henry Place, Belfast. I have notified Google Maps to update address entrance today.
