My first experience of visiting the Vauxhall dealership in Belfast was a very positive experience. I had booked a test drive for a used vauxhall grandland X. The first car I tested wasn't suitable, however Graeme recommended another that was arriving the next day. Myself and my husband were absolutely thrilled with the car, spotlessly clean and practically brand new with very low mileage and a reasonable price on a PCP plan. I received a personalised video prior to test driving the car and also a personalised thank you video from Graeme after purchasing the car. And a stunning bouquet of flowers for my 30th birthday from the dealership, a lovely personal touch. We collected the car on Monday. The customer service we received from Graeme, Johnathan and Amy was outstanding, 5 star!!!! We could not recommend this place more. Thank you so much guys!!

AVOID THIS BUSINESS I bought a car from Charles Hurst in 2021, and after 12 months took it back for a service. It had been fine. The garage diagnosed a catastrophic fault waiting to happen, which I now believe to have been false or at best a misdiagnosis. They 'fixed it' but it broke again within a month. They 'fixed it' again but when that again immediately broke they denied any responsibility and quoted another grand. I didn't trust them by this point and took the car for repair elsewhere, where it was confirmed that the original 'repair' had been badly done and was leaking oil. When I asked for them to do the repair they blamed the second garage for the damage and gave me no assurance that they would carry out the repair at no charge. I doubt they would have been capable of the repair as they'd clearly failed twice before. No compensation offered, no apology, so I went to the Motor Ombudsman. Charles Hurst continued to deny any responsibility and after over a year I've seen no compensation or attempt at restitution. They took over a grand of my money and ruined my car in return. Shame on them.

From the very first contact with the lovely Serey to driving away in my new car today, I've been blown away by her professionalism, friendliness, knowledge, warmth and most of all her patience! I've been a nightmare customer (by my own admission) but not once has she made me feel anything less than a valued customer and has gone above and beyond to help me. I haven't really dealt with any of the other staff but during brief interactions via phone or in the showroom I've been made to feel welcome and that if I needed assistance they would gladly give it. The whole experience from ordering to receiving my car has been (for me but probably not poor Serey!) pain free and I've been kept informed at every stage. It has been lovely to deal with a salesperson that cares more about what the customer wants and needs rather than their sales targets, car salespeople get a bad reputation but Serey could not be further from the stereotype and as much as I'm in love with my new car I'm also a bit gutted that I won't need to chat with her anymore. Thank you Serey you've made this old lady very happy!
