An appalling company. Not enough services, rude bus drivers, buses always late. And, why can't customers pay for every trip using contactless? I was about to pay for a journey using contactless and the bus driver said it was cheaper to pay cash, why? When I asked this, he was rude. It is baffling how this company is rated above 1 star. It must be paying people to post fake reviews as there is not one person I know who considers any service this company provides as good.

Absolute shambles of a company. 18 months of covid and no ability to accept card on buses. Driver Told me app or exact cash. Told driver I will just download app and stood off to do it and he drives off. Now waiting an hour for the next bus. Wouldn't think of saying just pop on here and download it as I'm just about to leave.
