Recently had Matt and his team insulate and floor my loft. The most professional tradesmen I have ever used. Turned up when they said they would and didn't take a break until the job was done - even cleaned up after themselves. Excellent job & reasonably priced. I can already feel the added heat retention in the house. Can't recommend highly enough.

A massive thank you to Matt and Team for providing a superior level of customer service from start to finish - not to mention a fantastic job in supplying both a floor and access solution to our loft. Very impressed with the whole experience! Matt maintained contact throughout, always making himself available when making arrangements for fitting our flooring and ladder. Matt and Team equally provided a full demonstration of how the work would be completed whilst also making sure we where comfortable with how to operate the ladder when fitted. The lads who installed our flooring where friendly and attentive to our requests. Making sure to clean and tidy up after completing the work and also helping us move around a packed loft! A credit to this business! Thanks again folks -Would highly recommend.

I recently had Attic Access NI install a loft ladder and I couldnt recommend them more! The communication with Matt was easy and he was fast to respond. Matt took the time to fully understand exactly what I needed pre-installation, including a visual check of my previous tiny access space where he realized I would need a bigger hatch and made sure there were no unwelcome surprises such as badly placed electrical wiring on the day of installation. The quote he gave me was more than fair for the job and included the installation of custom skirting around the hatch to match the rest of my door frames. The installation itself was done with precision and professionalism, leaving me with a sturdy and secure ladder that makes accessing my loft a breeze. The cleanup was absolutely impeccable, leaving no mess behind. Overall, I would highly recommend Attic Access NI for anyone looking for top-quality work and outstanding customer service. 5 stars all the way!

I phoned to make an initial inquiry about flooring my attic and putting in a ladder.I woukd never recommend using this firm as the gentleman I spoke to was rude and was not really interested in helping me.He didn't even ask what I was looking for, instead he started on a rant telling me that he would charge extra to come out and price a job and that it better not be a a small job and a light hearted inquiry. I immediately felt I would never use this firm if that was the attitude of the manager. I found a very professional and exceedingly helpful firm now who could not be more different.
