Full roof replaced in March only to have the roof above the kitchen leak with even the lightest of rain, flooded kitchen with water running through spotlights. Have made every effort to contact to repair the roof or rectify the issues, has ignored all requests, and has yet to appear to fix the problems. Avoid for any roof work, will not rectify issues once payment recieved. ** Now reported to trading standards due to complete silence in their end to rectify huge issues encourage all others who have had similar experiences to do same**

Terrible service, got roof work done and it wasn't done right, the contracter didn't know what he was doing and almost 1year later I'm still waiting for them to come back and fix it, now they don't answer my calls. Now 2yrs later and they still haven't returned to fix the work despite numerous promises.

This is the worst building job I have ever encountered. They replaced our roof in 2020 which has leaked ever since and destroyed our dining room. They built a sun room where the floor is not level and damp because the damp proof course is too low on the walls. The roof tiles have been spaced incorrectly leaving the fixing holes exposed to rain. They will not respond to emails or phone calls. Once they had the money, it was total silence. Beware!

Ease do not pay this company until all the work has been completed to your satisfaction. I made the mistake of paying before the work was completed and they never came back to finish the job. I will be reporting this company to the trading standards and I do have every text message that was sent to me from Ben the owner of the company. I now have to pay another contactor to finish the job at an extra cost to myself even though Ben said he would pay which now he is not answering my texts or calls. An expensive lesson to learn I would not recommend this company to anyone. I will however be suing this company through the courts I know it will be expensive for myself to do this however it's the principle!!! BE CAREFUL OF THIS COMPANY AND EXPECIALLY BEN DO NOT HIRE THEM
