I informed the sales assistant of what style of dress I wanted at least 3 times although I felt i was not listened to as each dress she selected was completely different to what I asked to try. The dresses she picked were also far too big. The experience felt impersonal and not worth the 20 payment.

Amazing experience. Very helpful, patient and accommodating staff. Everyone is so lovely. Huge floor space and large private rooms. They helped me find my dream dress and accessories and they made the whole experience so special. I would love to hang out in there all day, what a magic place special thanks to Claire, Caroline and Jackie

20 quid just to make an appointment which was canceled 5 days prior to the appointment yet no refund was given ! When the appointment was made the girl I spoke to was lovely and very helpful but when it was canceled the girl I spoke with was very unhelpful ! Wouldn't recommend if that's how they are doing business.

This shop and the girls in it are amazing, and Jackie, the owner, is just incredible. My dress arrived with imperfections and my first dress fitting with the seamstress was only 5 days away, with a weekend and bank holiday in between. As i began to inwardly panic Jackie sprung into action. She made contact with the designer arranged for a new dress to be delivered the day before my fitting and that she would personally bring it to my house (an almost 80 mile round trip!) This was absolutely no issue to Jackie and true to her word she kept me updated over the bank holiday weekend on the tracking of the dress and arrived at my house the day before my fitting with my dress and it was perfect. The imperfections were of no fault of the shop however the way in which Jackie handled the whole situation made me not stress or worry. A true professional at what she does who certainly went above and beyond to ensure I got my dress. I cannot recommend this shop or the girls enough as even when trying dresses i had a great experience, i never once felt rushed or a nuisance when trying on so many different dresses and was able to find my perfect dress.
