Got a Garage conversion done to make an extra room. Every aspect was taking care of, from skip for clearing out, sourced and installed windows and doors, brickwork, plumbing, electrics, joinery and plasterwork, even got the wooden floor put down, right through to cleanup afterwards. Couldn't be happier witht the finish. Easy to pay aswell.

Very responsive service from the PK team. Right across the various stages of my build there was never an issue with getting Kieran on the phone to discuss work. There was also a great knowledge of the building control process & requirements which put us at ease during what can feel like a daunting prospect. They also have a vast range of contacts from all stages of a build, from foundations right through to finishing trades which meant that the momentum was always maintained and I didn't experience much waiting around for new stages to kick off. All in all I'd highly recommend and would go with PK for any future work without hesitation.

We first made contact with Kieran last summer to throw about ideas on a home we planned to purchase which needed a complete refurbishment. Kieran knew we hadn't completed on the home yet but still made time to call out and chat with us and put our minds at ease regarding some of the concerns we had. Kieran and the PK Builders team were extremely professional and efficient throughout the entire process and communicated constantly with us regarding timescales, pricing, building processes and any issues that may have occurred. They provided us with a detailed timeline and budget that they adhered to throughout the project and always referred back to the quantity surveyor for pricing which helped us to know exactly what we were paying at different stages in the development. The teams quality of work was top-notch, and we were impressed with their attention to detail, they converted an existing outbuilding into a kitchen, plastered walls throughout the downstairs of the property and installed a WC, the work was completed to extremely high spec and think the pics speak for themselves. Overall, I highly recommend Kieran and the team to anyone looking to renovate their space. Their quality work, excellent communication, and professional attitude made the entire renovation process a breeze. I couldn't be happier with the result and will definitely consider using them again for any future projects.
