        Staff always act like its an inconvenience to do the checkout. Never anyone shopping in store because you can never get served.

        Shop assistant Laura is incredibly rude. It costs nothing to speak to people like theyre human beings. I never have this problem in any of the other Boots shop. Only Kennedy Centre. Theres never anyone at the till, and they act like its a huge effort to just simply scan your items.
