the person that was supposed to be doing my eyelashes never showed up, didnt even answer my phone calls or text. spent 10 on taxi to get here but ended up not getting any service

I tried to contact this salon on the phone a number of times this week and it kept ringing through, now if you call it says the voicemail inbox is full. I messaged their page on Facebook and on Instagram and no response. Eventually I decided to go into the salon as it is not far from my house. I was told to sit dow. ( I already felt unwelcome) and I waited over 20 minutes and not one of the 3 staff members came to ask me what I wanted. One had no customer for a few minutes and one was chatting after putting dye in someones eyebrows so there was opportunity for them to come and ask what I wanted. I just wanted to ask about a patch test as I was thinking about attending the salon but I sure will NOT now. Basic customer service is seriously lacking here.

The ladies at Not So Plain Jane are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. I've had my nails done by them a few times now and I have never been disappointed. Their prices are so affordable, especially for the amazing work they do with nails! Seriously could not recommend them enough!!
