Drawing Office Two Bar

Giving 1 star as I cannot give 0. Dined at lunchtime today in the bar area with work friends. Ordered a chicken burger which was served raw. The chicken breast wasnt just slightly undercooked, but raw. The waitress speedily took it away and acknowledged it wasnt good enough and would take it off the bill. Theres a difference between unsatisfactory food and raw chicken - which is a health hazzard. To me that requires further action than removing it from the bill. The staff were inattentive and not intune with the needs of the customers. No further acknowledgment or apology from staff and they seemed to just brush it off. Will never be back. Given the footfall of tourists, this is just an embarrassing showcase of our local food and hospitality.

Lovely surroundings. Very inattentive staff. Had to get waiting staff attention every time we wanted to order drinks or food. Waiting staff never approached us to as if everything was ok or if anything else needed. At one point I noticed when a waitress was asked to bring the dessert menu, she rolled her eyes. Are the staff so badly mistreated by the management that the attitude of the staff is so bad towards the customers.

The historic setting is awesome and beautifully designed. Airy and having historic details throughout. Marred by utterly bored staff that begrudgingly gives adequate service.
