        Absolutely VILE experience and hope never to have to deal with Creation Finance ever again. Never answer any calls, no options on ANY of the many phone numbers to actually speak to anyone who might be able to help, vague 'automated' options which don't actually address the problem or query, the phone number on the website is no longer in service. Yet they're quick enough to keep sending arrears letters in relation to an account that was paid off and closed months ago. A truly vile experience - don't touch them with a barge pole.

        Unfortunately a big disappointment to me.After I cancelled my washing machine in the Currys , I had a lot problem with my credit score in this country. I contact Creation and Currys but no one answered or give me a solution. Terrible experience to me!!!
