        Awful place. The only Santander branch open in Belfast (UU branch is closed temporary). Always queues 10 to 20 people long when I come here. Always loads of staff milling around but seem unable to help with walk in customers. Their response is always, 'That can be done online. ' Not all your customers are familiar with online banking or indeed have that facility. Really bad use of manpower here, and treatment of customers.
