I went to the branch few times and was treated nicely, my questions were answered and I was allowed to use the phone of the branch to make a call to the bank advisors, when they couldn't answer my question. The only thing that time waiting on the phone to get to them is extremely long, but good that the chair was comfortable enough and I wasn't in a rush that day.
