        Dont bother going back here, go to an actual bank. Very poor customer service.

        After a frustrating morning of ringing Virgin Money in England to request assistance to get into my account and failing, I finally rang my local Virgin Money Branch @ 5 Wellington Place Belfast. My call was answered quickly. I spoke to Stephen and after a few minutes of listening to my issue understood my concern. Stephen reassured me and took time to talk me through what I needed to do. He even rang me back rather than keep me hanging on the line, as at one point he needed to find some more details I needed Thank goodness for Stephen. He was both courteous and professional. Certainly an asset to the Belfast Branch. Thanks Stephen.

        After a very poor and disappointing experience with trying to open a savings account with santander we visited Virgin Money and spoke to them. Charlotte could not have been more helpful and we successfully opened our account. We are now considering moving our other accounts there too!
