If I was to rate the place just on the food quality and price for what you get, I'd give this place 5 stars - but the severe lack of mindfulness and customer service on behalf of the staff is killing this place. The shorter lady with the grey hair needs to ask people enthusiastically what they'd like instead of grimacing, and not act like she's doing you a favor by taking your order. Please retrain the staff.

Never buy fried food first thing in the morning. It's yesterdays food! The sausages were dry and shriveled. The Soda, one piece was so hard I think I chipped a tooth! They absolutely refuse to cook fresh until all is gone.

I noticed the taste of the cakes had changed, they hadn't that lovely buttery flavour of sponge when it's properly made,then I read the ingredients, cooking oil,if they're going down that road with nasty ingredients, they've lost this customer.
