        Order was nearly 2 hours late. Spent over 11 on a drink that was melting and container a half filled with melting ice cream. We tried to contact via phone several times but the person was unable to take calls. We have raised a dispute with PayPal to get a refund. Really disappointed.

        Food was freezing churros had barley any sauce on them and was really soft as if they werent cooked and the kinder Bueno milkshake had no flavour at all and just tasted like milk very disappointed

        Son ordered milky bar waffle on Saturday night what he received was a plain dry waffle nothing else no sauce nothing. Unable to contact shop as was constantly engaged sent message. Never heard a thing back from them
