        I would use this place for all my Audi parts but after a recent visit where the guy who came out when i walked in spoke to me in a very rude manner ( he was not the usual guy i deal with ) . He made me feel like I was a child being told off and was hitting me with phrases like read the sign and go phone the number this experience made me leave very quickly and the sales person on the phone was not much more pleasant. These interactions were enough to send me to my main Audi dealer and pay a premium . Sorry to say after years of using TPS I will take my business elsewhere

        Poor enough ordered parts on a Wednesday was told I'd have them next day half came on Thursday and told rest PROBABLY be there Friday if I'd ordered off ebay could have had parts on Friday anyway at a fraction of the cist
